Setting: Raphael's Room
Status: Private (Raphael and Chas - Complete)
Summary: Chas pays a visit to his erstwhile student.
Chas was feeling increasingly out of place as he climbed the thickly-carpeted stairs on his way up to Raphael's room, as though some broad-shouldered fellow in a uniform was going to come around a corner, take one look at his pedestrian clothes, heavy shoes and slightly grubby fingernails, and escort him forcibly to the nearest exit. John might have no trouble making himself at home in a high-class place like this, but John was a cocky bastard with no respect for social boundaries whatsoever. Much though he might grumble about it, Chas knew his place in life, and it sure as shit wasn't here.
Nobody had appeared to show him the door by the time he found Raphael's room number, however. So, still clutching his cap and the handle of his gun case somewhat nervously with one hand, he rapped tentatively on the door, hoping his arrival wouldn't be too much of a bother or give the twitchy little chap a fright.
