THE PREMISE

There is a building in Lower Tadfield. At one time, it was a Satanic hospital that mixed up the Antichrist with another baby. At another, it was a paintball arena for stressed out executives (right until Crowley was hit and turned all the guns to real weapons). Now, it hosts a bar and restaurant in the bottom floor, and the beginnings of a hotel on the uppers. (This is made noticeably less hotel-like when one notices abandoned weapons, medical equipment, and Satanic gear in several empty rooms.)

This is the neutral place where Adam Young, 21-year-old Antichrist, is gathering all manner of angels, demons, wizards, witches, gods, occultists, humans, and others under his protection. For, you see, there's a war on. An ending of the world kind of war. Though it's hard to say who the sides are, how many there are, who's on them, or what exactly Adam is doing. He doesn't like to say, really.
