Uriel might have been a bit surprised at the "apparently" part of Brian's thinking, especially since she was currently six months pregnant. She did not know what he was thinking, however, and was more concerned with Loki at the moment anyway. He was looking a bit wild.

"Calm down, Loki," she sighed. "It's no good for you to be up yet. You'll only end up hurting and exhausting yourself. Come on, let's get you back to your bed..." Hopefully she wouldn't have to try to get him back to his bed by force. Well, maybe the nice-looking young man would help her if it came to that.
