Harry blinked. It was really the only response his mind and body were capable of orchastrating in the seconds that followed seeing dog transform into man. He was so startled that he almost didn't register the words 'I'm back'. Almost.

"So you're not... not a dog then," he said, aware on one level that he should probably be a tad threatened by this situation - after all, he'd moved into the Manor on a permanent basis after receiving those threatening letters from somebody he'd got on the wrong side of before the accident - but something in his head was reassuring him that this... this person was safe.

For several moments the man looked at him with what seemed to be an intense kind of expectance.
