So the young idiot's name was Brian. Severus filed that away and tried not to smirk. Being skilled at hiding his emotions, he succeeded.

"So she didn't like it, then?" he asked airily. Brian, or anyone who happened to hear. He didn't expect a response, just turned back to what he'd been doing.

Where was Crowley?
