Setting: Lobby
Status: Private - Remus, LUNA
Summary: Remus runs into a student.
Remus Lupin, former Professor of Defense Against the Dark Arts and former member of the Order of the Phoenix, was working the nightshift again. He'd just begun - well-rested, having slept most of the day - and had been pleasantly surprised to find a neat and ordered stack of paperwork to do. It was small, and everything else he usually did was already finished. Officially, his duties were to take messages when the phone rang, perform wakeup calls, welcome new guests, and handle nighttime complaints (of a different sort than before, of course).
He was being paid far less than he had been, but it was a living, and it was honest, and if Sirius caught him doing filing there was no trouble at all. The hardship was that it was a long and tiring night, often, and Remus was terrified of nodding off and losing his new job.
Finishing the last of the paperwork, Remus filed it away and settled back, book in hand. There was a stack of them kept behind the desk, and two ones recently returned.
Within moments he had become so absorbed that he hadn't even noticed the blonde girl in the lobby, oddly dressed as she was.
