Setting: The Chapel
Status: Private
Summary: Crowley hears from his erstwhile apprentice
Crowley was again sitting in his favourite pew in the chapel just having some quiet time and mulling over recent events when a shadow passed overhead. He glanced up to see a huge, black, mean looking owl clawing at the window; the non-opening stained glass window.
"Stupid bird," muttered Crowley as he waved a hole in the window to allow the owl to enter. It did, dropped a letter in his lap and took off again. If owls could sneer, this one would be sneering. Crowley sneered back and miracled the window closed again before the owl was completely through. A few of its tail feathers got caught in the glass. After a panicked, ruffled moment, it tugged itself free, leaving several feathers behind as it flew off unsteadily. Crowley smirked and opened his letter.

Nothing yet on H- or L- but am continuing the search. Rumours in Brazil. Am headed there now.

With a frown, he vaporized the letter. Draco had been gone over two months now, trying to track down anything that Crowley could use against Hastur or Ligur. The kid was a natural spy, if a bit slow because he didn't have the necessary connections yet. Still, it was a good learning experience and Crowley figured that if he didn't come up with anything, there was nothing lost. His eyes were drawn back to the panel then, and the outside world blurred and dissolved as he fell back into his own thoughts.
