Uriel was a bit surprised at Pestilence's words -- could the horseman truly mean that? However, he did seem sincere, so he decided it might be the best to just believe him. Perhaps doubting wasn't always the best line of action.
At the moment he felt happy. Happy that he was alive, happy that the Presence seemed to be slowly returning, happy that Pestilence was there with him. And, suddenly, he wanted nothing as much as to be able to rise to the sky and feel the wind in his wings, to feel the rush of air as he flew towards the ground and laughed, to announce his happiness to the world. And thus he looked into those intriguing eyes of light grey and spoke.
"Whenever I want, eh? Well, then, would you horribly object to right now?" Even as he asked this he kept his fingers in Pestilence's hair. It truly felt lovely.
