Date: November 1, 1999
Status: Public
Setting: Just Outside the Manor
Summary: Famine and Pollution return to the manor after their ride. We highly encourage all Horsepersons and Former Horsepersons to join us and make fun of/congratulate the happy couple.

By the time he reached the manor, Pollution was still high as a cloud. Emotionally, anyway. The whole way back, he had been cuddled up close to Famine. Everything about him just completely distracted Pollution, from his sent to the feel of his jacket against his cheek. It was wonderful. But like all great things, eventually this too had to come to an end and, despite taking the long way back, the trip was too short of Pollution's liking. He would just have to forget to ever get his bike fixed. He'd rather be ride with Famine then alone, anyway.

When the bike pulled to a stop, he reluctantly slid off and stretched, pulling muscles sore from lack of use. A peice of paper, rolling in the wind, caught his eye for a moment. When it was out of sight again, he blinked and turned to face Famine, waiting for him before they were to go inside. He smiled. "We should do that again."

Famine smiled fondly back at Pollution and took a drag from the cigarette still in Pollution's hand, not bothering to take it himself. He wrapped his arms around Pollution's waist, holding him lightly and rested his head against Pollution's. It had been a long time since he last felt this content.

"Back," War said, striding towards the bar purposefully. Her cheeks were flushed and her eyes were bright, and if you looked twice you could see why: blood, both wet and dry, was streaked through her hair, and her perfectly-manicured hands were smudged with red. "What're we drinking?"

Famine looked over at the new arrival with an amused smile and waved. "Looks like you, at least, have been having Bloody Marys. Have a good time?"

Famine laughed and allowed Pollution to pull him up to dance. Dancing might not be his favorite pasttime, but if he got to watch Pollution... "Alright." He grinned again and pulled Pollution close on the dance floor.

Pestilence chuckled as Pollution dragged Famine onto the dance floor. Wasn't Famine's style, but young love had a way of making a being do unlikely things. Pesti understood that. He wandered over to the jukebox, resting a hand lovingly over the buttons. A smell of burning wires filled the air as files corrupted, making playlists of destruction (da da dun!~). Pestilence had a few of his own favorite songs to include at deafening levels. After the song ended, another one began on its tail so that Famine and Pollution wouldn't have time to stop dancing.

"Come on get down with the sickness." Pestilence sang as he wandered back behind the bar. He prepped a drink for War. "Hey, Red, looks like you've been having fun. Celery?" He pushed a Bloody Mary towards her.

Famine chuckled, very much enjoying having Pollution pressed against him like that, and leaned his head down so his lips were right next to Pollution's ear. "That sounds like a very good idea," he murmured, and pulled Pollution towards the door.
