Everyone else is wearin' them... So you can darn well pick one for yourself or let me do it, but I promise you won't like it if I do."
He ran his hands through his hair and looked at his startled friend.
"I'm sorry, Wens. It's just important to me. And so are you. Won't you please do it for me? I'll have Brian and Pep do it, too, wherever they are, and you won't hafta do it alone..."
