To all residents of Tadfield Manor:
A free introductory Yoga class will be held in the recreation room this Wednesday afternoon for all those interested. Specifically, Hatha Yoga will be taught. The lesson will begin at 2 p.m., and last for an hour.
Come dressed in comfortable clothes. Exercise mats will be provided.
