Warlock decides he should earn his keep...
The watering can was filled to the brim and despite his best efforts Warlock was unable to prevent some of the water spilling over the side and onto the floor. Oops he thought, putting down the can and going to find a cloth to clean up the mess.
"Can't even water the plants properly... stupid..." he muttered to himself as he slouched over the counter and peeped behind it to see if there was a cleaning rag. It was almost 10am and he was still half asleep, but he figured he better be seen doing something around the Manor considering how he had been employed and all.
He saw a head of blonde hair move swiftly past and he ducked behind the counter and out of view. He had to admit that Adam kinda scared him. When he peered up over the edge once more he saw a rather dishevelled, tough-looking fellow enter hall and begin talking to Adam.
Stealthily Warlock slid out and away, determined not to be seen, leaving his can behind and leaving the two men to their conversation. Perhaps he will find a job elsewhere.
