Ellie nodded, folding her arms and trying--sincerely trying--to share some of the girl's enthusiasm. He was a cute little bastard, and constituted a slap in the face to the same Heavenly establishment that had robbed her of her own child, as well as her lover. Why she should be jealous she couldn't fathom. It wasn't as though she would have flaunted her baby for other women to fawn over.
Still, she thought tiredly, it might have been nice to have the choice.
