Adam sighed. "I just can't Pep. I can't let myself get influenced or distracted. There's too much important stuff happenin' that I'd better be payin' attention." He smiled weakly and tried to tease. "'Sides, can you imagine the kids I'd have? Ten or twenty lil Adams runnin' around everywhere?"
Shrugging, he said, "I dunno. 'S not really my business. An' it's not yours either. Let them figure it out. If it works, great. If not, we can comfort whoever needs it."
