She smiled at Brian while Adam shot him a look of his own. "You did good, soldier. Earned your stripes for stealth today, I think." She tossed him a mock salute and laughed.
Relieved to hear that the decor wasn't too disappointing, Pepper finally stepped around Adam and shoved him further into the room. "No need for thank you's, just get in there. Wensley made a cake for you and everythin'. So 'ave fun. We can open presents later, if you like. And no, I'm keepin' the water gun for the evening, so don't even ask."
