"'M fine," Remus told him firmly, swaying on his feet, until Sirius took his hand and led him like a little child to the hot water.
He stepped in, setting the towels fastidiously down around the edges of the tub, keeping his own near him, and felt the burn of the water heat and ease away the ache in his muscles and ribs. He adjusted the towel so his head could rest back - he could, theoretically, sleep.
"Are you coming?" he asked, after a moment of sighing at the touch of the water.
